APPENDIX I OF RULES & REGULATONS OF THE SOCIETY AS PRESCRIBED

UNDER RULE 7 (D)

FOLLOWING SHALL BE THE POWERS, RIGHTS AND DUTIES OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES

a) All immovable properties of the Society shall stand vested in the Board of Trustees for the purpose of management.

b) The Board of Trustees in accordance with the Rules and Regulations of the Society shall carry out and manage the business and affairs entrusted to it and in doing so it shall exercise all such powers and authority of the Society as are not specifically and expressly vested by these Rules and Regulations in the General Body or the Governing Council of the Society.

c) The Board in its functions shall have all such powers, and shall perform all such functions as are necessary or proper for achievement or furtherance of the objects of the Society.

d) Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing provisions the Board shall have the following rights and powers;

i) to acquire by gift, purchase, exchange, lease or otherwise, lands, buildings or other immovable property together with all rights pertaining thereto;

ii) to construct and maintain buildings, including right to alter or improve them and to equip them to attain the aims & objective of the Society;

iii) to manage the immovable properties of the Societies, and protect, preserve, and develop them, and for that purpose appoint the necessary staff; ii) to accept the management of any trust fund or endowment in which the Society is interested;

iii) to raise funds for the Society by gifts, donations or otherwise;

iv) to raise loans and to effect capital purchases or sales;

v) to receive moneys, securities, instruments and/or any other movable property for and on behalf of the Society;

vi) to enter into agreements for and on behalf of the Society;

vii) to grant receipts, to sign and execute instruments and to endorse or discount cheques or other negotiable instruments through its accredited agents;

viii) to make, sign and execute all such documents and instruments as may be necessary or proper for carrying on the management of the immovable property or connected affairs of the Society;

ix) to manage, sell, transfer or otherwise dispose of any immovable property of the Society;

x) to recommend to the Governing Council the allotment of powers, functions, and duties of any office bearers and officials of the Society;

xi) to perform all such acts and do all such things as may be necessary for the proper management of the immovable properties and concerned affairs of the Society;

xii) to present its annual accounts, if any, to the Governing Council for consideration and incorporation of the Accounts of the Society to be submitted to the General Body after audit within the prescribed time.

The names, addresses, occupations and designations of the present members of the Governing Council to whom, by the Rules and Regulations of the Society, the management of the affairs of the Society is entrusted are as follows:
