Generating Awareness About e-challans

Common Cause is putting together a campaign to promote awareness on e- challans, to mitigate the woes of the ordinary citizen who is already reeling under the coronavirus crisis. This is in response to the new e-challan system and the e-payment gateway launched by Delhi Traffic Police recently.
