NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Annual General Meeting of COMMON CAUSE Society will be held at COMMON CAUSE HOUSE, 3rd floor, 5, Institutional Area, Nelson Mandela Road, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi - 110 070, on March 1, 2014 at 2:30 p.m.

The Agenda will be as follows:

Consideration of the Annual Report and adoption of the Annual Accounts along with the Auditors Report for the year 2012-2013.

Appointment of Auditors for the year 2013-2014.

Activities and Programmes.

Elections

It may kindly be noted that in accordance with Rule 15 of the Rules & Regulations of the Society, if within fifteen minutes of the beginning of the meeting the quorum is not present, the meeting shall stand adjourned and shall be held after half an hour of the originally scheduled time and the members present in the adjourned meeting shall form the quorum of the meeting.
